What is the Central California Women's Conference?

The Central California Women’s Conference is the Central Valley’s largest women’s conference. The CCWC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the conference is held annually to empower women to live their best life.

Who goes to the conference?

Women of all ages from various economic, ethnic and religious backgrounds. Most of the attendees are Valley residents, but many come from throughout California. And, men are always welcome! Several attend every year.

Are there COVID 19 precautions?

The Central California Women’s Conference asks all participants to abide by health precautions in place by local authorities in effect on the conference date of September 26, 2023

Does CCWC distribute their Mailing List?

NO!  The Central California Women’s Conference does NOT share their sell or distribute their mailing list in any fashion.

Where and when is the conference held?

CCWC, now in its 34th year, is held annually on a Tuesday in mid-September at the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center. Our conference will be on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Usually, the conference is held from 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For directions, visit our Planning Your Trip page.

Other than providing tremendous value to each attendee, how does the conference help the community?

To date, CCWC has donated $1,350,000 to support women and children. In addition, more than $800,000 is generated into the Valley economy annually due to CCWC.

How much does it cost?

The cost to attend the CCWC has been $125 per person since 2018 (subject to change). Tickets include a continental breakfast, Marketplace of exhibitors, warm-up session, keynote luncheon with a celebrity speaker, 21 breakout sessions to choose from during three time slots, and a cool-down session and reception.  A $5 service fee per ticket is charged for credit card purchases.

The cost for Students with a valid ID number is $75. Online registration is required for the student discount. Ticket prices increase approximately 6 weeks prior to the event.

What is the agenda for CCWC?

The day begins at 7:15 a.m. with a healthy continental breakfast. The first speaker session begins at 8 a.m. with opening remarks and the CCWC warm-up speaker. Attendees select three other sessions to attend throughout the day. From 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. lunch is served with our celebrity keynote speaker. Shopping at the Marketplace occurs throughout the day with special breaks. The day concludes with a cool-down session and reception. How is seating reserved for the Keynote Luncheon?

Seating for the celebrity keynote luncheon is reserved in order as you register for the conference. The earlier you register the better seat you will get. If you would like to sit with friends, register together online, or mail registrations together in the same envelope to CCWC, PO Box 25611, Fresno, CA 93729.

What is The Marketplace?

The Marketplace is a trade show with more than 175 exhibits that provide women with information about products and services. Attendees receive samples and information from a variety of businesses. In addition, visit the non-profit organization booths in the Saroyan Theatre lobby.

Are there special hotel rates/accommodations for the conference?

DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center is offering a special rate of $TBD + tax per room, double or single occupancy. Book early, as this rate is only available through Tuesday, September 5th. Be sure to ask for the CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WOMEN’S CONFERENCE special room rate.

Are there special accommodations for people with special needs?

Reasonable arrangements for people with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact Sonya Nagai-Menapace at (559) 470-4186.

What methods of payment can I use?

Checks and all credit cards may be used for payment. If paying online, credit cards are the exclusive method of payment and are processed through Authorize.net, a secure company. A $5 processing fee will be added per ticket. If paying by mail, send a check, money order or pay by credit card. Credit card payments will receive a receipt with a valid email address. Is food provided?

Yes. Continental breakfast, lunch, hors d’oeuvres and beverages are provided during the conference.

How many attendees are expected?

Our capacity crowd is 3,700 attendees.

Is there a dress code?

There is not a specific dress code for the conference, but business casual attire is what most people wear – and of course, comfortable shoes! Wearing conference theme colors is also not a requirement, but is a popular choice!

When will I receive my badge(s) in the mail?

Badge information will be announced as it becomes available. Typically badges are mailed out two weeks prior to the conference.
