The Mindset of Authentic Confidence
Time: 10:15am
Session 1-01 (Room: TBD)
You already have it – it’s hardwired into your DNA.
But sometimes, our confidence gets hidden under the weight of society’s expectations, others’ comments and opinions, people-pleasing, staying in the safe zone, seeing failure as, well, failure, and in the unkind and downright awful things we say to ourselves.
It’s time to uncover that confident, ballsy person who tries new things, learns from mistakes, speaks and thinks good and affirming words, and takes the leading role in your own life.
In this workshop you will learn strategies to rewire your thoughts and self-talk as you accept, forgive, and love YOU.
